Sushi & Cats Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms

These terms govern your use of Sushi & Cats (the "App"), provided by Zero One Studio (the "Studio"). By downloading and using the App you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App and remove it from your device.

The App is not intended for children under 14.

2. What the service is

Thieving cats are swarming Grandma's conveyor-belt sushi restaurant. Place sushi ingredients such as tamagoyaki, salmon and octopus on the belt slots to stop them, and get a new ingredient every time you clear a level. 30 levels across three worlds: Day, Late Night and the Dish Sink. Free, with ads and in-app purchases.

The Studio may change what the App does and how it is arranged as the App is improved.

3. Content you enter

You keep the rights to whatever you enter in the App. The Studio stores and processes it only as far as is needed to run the service and sync it between devices, and never uses it for another purpose or sells it to third parties. You are responsible for making sure what you enter is lawful and does not infringe anyone else's rights.

4. What you may not do

• Reverse-engineer, copy, modify, or extract the source code of the App
• Use automated means to generate abnormal traffic that disrupts the service
• Access another person's account or data without authorisation
• Enter or transmit content that breaks the law or infringes the rights of others

The Studio may restrict use where any of the above is confirmed. Except in urgent cases, the reason will be given before any restriction takes effect.

5. Paid items and refunds

Paid items are sold through the App Store or Google Play. Payment and refunds follow each store's own policies and procedures, and the Studio never stores payment details such as card numbers.

Request refunds directly from the store you bought from. Items you have already bought can be restored under the same store account. If a refund through the store is not possible for some reason, write to the email address below and we will look into it.

6. Advertising

The App may show ads. Advertisers are responsible for their ads and for the products and services they offer; the Studio is not responsible for external sites reached through an ad or for transactions made there. See the privacy policy for how advertising identifiers are handled.

7. Changes to and discontinuation of the service

The Studio may add or change features and, where necessary, discontinue part or all of the service. If the service is shut down, notice will be given in advance in the App or on this site. No compensation is offered for changes to, or withdrawal of, features that were provided free of charge.

8. Intellectual property

The App and its name, logo, design, and code belong to the Studio. These terms grant you only a non-transferable right to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

9. Relationship with the app stores

The App is not provided by Apple or Google. Neither store is a party to these terms, and neither is responsible for the App. The terms of the store you downloaded from also apply to your use of the App.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The App is provided as is. The Studio does not warrant that it will run without interruption or error, or that it is fit for any particular purpose.

The Studio remains liable, as required by applicable law, for damage caused by its intent or gross negligence. Nothing in this clause limits the rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.

11. Privacy

Personal information is handled under a separate privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. If a dispute arises, the Studio and the user will first try in good faith to resolve it by agreement; failing that, either may bring the matter before the court having jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.

13. Changes to these terms

Any change to these terms will be announced on this page and takes effect once posted. Significant changes that are unfavourable to users will also be announced in the App.
